Tai Chi

Does anyone here practice Tai Chi? I have been interested in learning for many years now. There is a class available at my gym, but the two times it runs I am at work. The first class is the first hour I am at work and the second ends a half hour before I leave work.

I bought a DVD recently and figured I could at least start there until I get a job that gives me the time to go to the class.

Does anyone here have any suggestions on learning or a specific DVD I should look into?

I study Thi Chi and Kenpo. I have been doing it for about 4 years now.
I would highly suggest you find a way to learn from and experianced teacher, Never from a DVD. It is imposible to learn the full art of any style from a DVD.

Um, there's a problem with that. Between my degree and work, I miss the class at the gym. I've got another 2 years before I can possibly attend a Tai Chi class, unless I do the dumb thing and call out of work or skip school.

I just figured, I could get the basics from there and than go into the class with half a clue.
