1 year and 3 month- back progress

I was looking through old files. Now that I have a new back pic I wanted to compare.

Before


Now


Before pic was taken March 10, 2007 for LV's transformation contest. So its been 1 year and 3 months. I will give myself a C personally. Not amazing progress for 1 year, 3 months. For the guys that kept up my journal remember that I wasted time dirty bulking November-Feb. What a big mistake that was you know?

For now I am maintaining my weight and finnally adding cardio.

Yeah you screwed up pretty good on that bulk ay. Not too bad if you take that into account. You have definately added some thickness.

A little more back thickness, but could have done better for a year.

That's because your didn't work enough to use the fuel you were dumping on. Like I've been telling you, build your base. You keep worrying about your numbers and trying all these programs that don't address the issue that is you just need to increase your work capacity, switch up your exercises, and work on your weak points. You gotta know when to step back and say, "okay, this isn't working like it could be."

I think that is exactly what I need to do. I have been neglecting those for way too long. Take a look at my newest journal entry and tell me what you think.
