Can you be more specific with your diet and training program?

1. How long on the keto diet? Macronutrient information, etc.
2. What has your calorie intake been like?
3. What is your exercise program? How long in this program? Any cardio being completed? If so how long? What's the intensity like, etc.

More information is needed to assist you, brotha.

I wish you the best in all that you set out to in life and within fitness,

I've changed my diet up. I'm now back to a 40-40-20 diet on about 1700 calories a day.

My workouts are here...

Scotty's Body - Complete Body Transformation - Weight And Cardio Training

I have upped my cardio to doing 20 minutes of medium to high intensity intervals on the elliptical machine. I'm doing this 5 days a week.

Thanks for your help.

Scotty

I'm actually no longer doing a CKD any longer. When I was on a ketogenic diet, my carbs were 10-20 grams a day. Now I am back on a 40-40-20 diet with about 1700 calories per day.

absolutely fantastic, you should be proud of yourself, there are millions of people out there trying to do what you have just done, its a big achievement thats a huge drop in bf over a short space of time and looks like you have kept most of you lean mass. i am half way there at the moment. I dropped from 303lbs (mostly fat) to 237lbs 22% bf and thats taken me the best part of a year. HIIT and good diet cant resist a few bevvies on a saturday night tho, i'm only human!

I hear you about only being human. I, too, eat/drink off plan sometimes. It's all about doing the right thing consistantly. If you are doing that, you can't help but to lose. Good job on your progress man. That's great!

Hey Scotty, When you first started your program, you were really low carb, did your head hurt because of that? I tried low carb one day, had a good amount of protein, but my head was pounding, did you experience anything like that? It might have been I was too low on calories, but if that's the case, I'm gonna try it again. 28 to 11.%, I would love to be able to do that, since I'm at about 27% myself. Awesome progress, keep it up.

Nope. the purpose is just to gloat your achievements. It took a lot of dedication to do what he did, and anyone would want to "gloat" to show off their accomplishments. Nothing wrong with that. If you think it's spam, oh well.

He lost 15lbs before he actually started taking pictures.
This is when he was 28%

And no, he isn't anywhere near 12%. Even in that picture he was in low 20's or high teens.
