    Talking Abs/ Butt before pictures

    Hey guys i just joined this forum and I'd like to work or my abs n booty a lil. Im 5'6 n 130 and basically my goal is to get rid of my little belly pooch and tone my abs, and lift my butt and make it firmer but not smaller..ive worked out on and off for a while but i really wanna commit now and get in reallyyyy good shape by June..i hope i can do it!!

    ok done...i was just thinkin id do some cardio like 4 times a week..and abs everyday alternating exercises...and squats? and for diet low carb..wut do u guys think?

    Woa I think that you have very nice abs and butt already. You really do. But I am sure you would look even better on June if you commit yourself to your workouts and diet. Welcome!

    Damn, I must say their doesn't appear to be much "need" for improvement. You look more then fine as you are now. None the less if your set on a "better" body in your mind, then we will be glad to help.

    thanks guys that makes me feel so great! i guess in person when ur movin around it doesnt look as good like the fat starts to pop out u kno and the butt looks better in jeans rather then a bikini lol..anyways i wanna improve n get some j.lo type abs and booty =)

    First of all you look great, I'd hit on you if I seen ya...
    Second If J Lo didn't work her ass off she would be a chunky woman,
    Just work out and eat right...
    If you want a bubble like that just do lots of squats (free weights) stay away from machines if you want results faster.

    Eating is the most important part of all, eat every 2-3 hours
    Lots of Chicken brown rich tuna egg whites all thats stuff.
    If you want nice abs its all about cardio, but do it last after weights.

    What is your main goal? You look good now but what are you looking to accomplish? Buring that little bit of stubborn fat off your mid-section?

    You look fantastic, but it's never bad to make improvements. LV is right, you have to have a clear cut goal, and act on it. Diet is going to be crucial, so I suggest reading up as much as you can on that...

    ya i loveeee squats cause they hurt so bad lol! but it lets me kno im accomplishing somethin if i really feel it also how many sets n reps u think?..wut do u mean free weights just for my arms or for squats and abs too?
    ya thats the diet im usually on i usally do healthy low carb it works the best for me ..its so hard to get back on track tho..i love carbs and chocolate and carbs =)

    ya def gettin that fat off the lower part its so hard...i dont necessarily like to do cardio cause while loseing a few pounds makes my stomach flatter it slims my butt a lil and i dont want that lol..so ya my main goal is flatter stomach ( a little more definition but not all cut up cause i dont think that looks femine) and more lifted butt

    If you don't want your bum to get smaller then I suggest staying away from cardio, your stomach will slim in from wroking out and diet, drink lots of water...
    Your body will not store water if you keep giving it.
    Same with foods, if your eating every 2-3 hours your body doesn't need to store body fat for energy because the food is giving it to you.
    Low carbs isn't always good...eat carbs all day, just not after 6pm...

    What I ment by free weights was for squats, get a straight bar and do what weight is fit for you. Machines are usally the easy way out IMO.

    This is just something I do for myself, I am just trying to give her some pointers so get lost!
