Well, I'm in round 2 of
p90x, and I'm feeling better than ever. I will post pics at the end of the second 90 days. My plan is to finish this second round of
p90x and get down to serious weight lifting. I have a feeling that once I'm done with
p90x, my body will be used to the workouts. So, once I am done, its weights to build muscle so my body will burn more fat even at rest. Anyway, glad I chose
p90x and am hoping I get pretty close to a six pack soon
PS: Wtf happened to CHillen? I just saw the poll, and found out Chillen is actually banned, and heard that the topic will no longer be discussed, but with all do respect, why was he banned? He was probably the top motivator on this forum, and he's banned
