I am Back So I haven't posted here in a long time, and I just want to update on my progress. I have actually been going to the gym consistently for a while now (I'm at the point if I don't go to the gym in 3 consecutive days, I feel lazy even tired). Even though I still do not have the body to go with the routine, I still feel like I am in better shape than ever. Recently I've been focusing on weights and diet (The diet still needs work and always will) I am hoping to be close to if not under 200 lbs. by the end of this October (10 more days )

I'm glad I was able to manage to keep on going to the gym pretty much everyday. Sorry for the delay in posts. It seems like I have to do so much stuff everyday such as
Good to see you hanging around Aim. Life can get to be almost too much at times. Remember to always take care of yourself no matter how stressful life is. You will be successful because it's obvious you won't quit. Take care, Greg
I agree with everybody here -- you have made progress!
I know that it is difficult for most people to lose weight (especially adipose tissue), and you need to have that stick-to-it-iveness to make it happen.
And more than not, your weight will fluctuate, and you think your body isn't looking much different than it was before, but keep at it and eventually you'll attain your goals
Yup GT, stick with it no matter what. What good is anything if you don't have your own health? Thanx for all the support , I'm thinking of taking another picture, but will only post it if there's noticeable difference.
Hey brotha, I'm posting pics in another week. I should easily be down to 215 by then. If you want to, we can post on the same thread. It's up to you. Take care and stay motivated.
