Alrighty Then.

Guess its my turn for pics =D Started at 245, the first pic I have was after I lost like 5-7 lbs. I'm at 230 now (2 current pics) but I feel that I have gained mass as I have been losing weight. I don't have a before pic of my back, but yeah. I feel I have a good upper body muscle base, so I'm mainly trying to cut right now. Gaining mass in the process would just be a bonus =D

oh yeah. I'm pasty white so deal with it

Startingish:

No offense and it's great that you're making positive changes to your physique, but I think you need to keep training in the gym and eating more right than wrong. Then in six months take pictures for comparison.

Oh I didn't mean to imply that I was done, Not at all. I still want to drop 30lbs or so, I am in the gym about 5 days a week, 45 mins of cardio each of those days with an almost-FBW every other day. I'm also still in the process of straightening up my diet as well. The pics I posted were just from beginning to current, not completion =D

Alright I just got my old comp running with all my old pictures on it. Holy crap, talk about motivation. Ya know how you never feel like your body changes even though they are happening? Well last time around I lost about 65lbs, but still felt fat. I'm looking back at the pics now SLAPPING myself in the face. I have to get the old computer access to my FTP, but when I do I will post the old pics here as well to show you. I actually had a reasonably flat stomach when I let it go =(. Though if there is anything that is POSITIVE about my weight loss this time around, I can definately see that I already have WAY more upper body muscle mass than I did last time around so im pumped about that. I'm going to be doing some farm work for my uncle soon also so that will work on my tan =P. I'm going to the gym to get my cardio on while im pumped haha.

yeah they are RC cars, not all of them work. Most are vintage, so we collect them. That is about 1/2 the collection.

Alright heres a pic when I was around 200lbs. This is kinda self-motivation to show me what I'm capable of.

i would keep lifting man...and get some more muscle mass. if you cut now you`ll just look like you`ve loss weight(which is great) but without much definition.

i agree with evo...hit the gym hard for a good 6 months get a good programme(one that suits you) and a good diet. lift heavy and post pics then.

good luck

Thanks Protein Also, thanks for the suggestions guys.

I hit 228 on the scale today, first time I've been in the 20's for a long time. Also its really relieving because I was stuck at 230 for a while so

bumpity bump. I havent been to the gym for about a week, because they are doing renovation AND i'm sick but here are some pics. My weight loss has pretty much stopped recently @ 228, but I was also checking out my protein powder and it has some creatine in it (dont know how much), so I figure I'm retaining some water weight because of that. Do you guys see much progress either way? (Muscle gain or weight loss). I have been seeing pretty good strength increases, but I don't know if its just the creatine playing with my body .

I think you gained a good amount of mass, It doesn't look like you've gained any fat, I think I can notice some fat loss in the last pics especially in the love handles.
I'd say you're doing a great job so far, keep it up. Your chest seem to be coming along nicely
