2 bowls of oatmeal w/ cinnamon, raw milk, fruit
3-4 eggs scrambled
2 cups jasmine green tea
afternoon:
3 chicken breast
veggie plate (carrots, celery, radish, cucumber, green pepper)
cheese
dinner:
hard to say since I'm not cooking for myself at the moment
night:
peanut butter and apple
2 chicken breast
chamomile tea
maybe oatmeal again

| | Personally I don't think you need anymore muscle gain as you have the ideal body type for a variety of activites... but then again that is all dependant on your goals . Awesome progress so far. |

| | | thanks.
I play basketball, and so far with about 16 lbs. of weight gained, I'v only noticed gains in my strength, speed, and agility. Maybe eventually it could slow me down, but so far so good. |

Right now you're still lean and definately have functional/efficient muscle mass...
Once you pass a certain threshhold in mass (depending on your height and
weight) it becomes difficult to retain agility speed +endurance.
If you play Basket ball, you probably do a ton of running (full court) which sort of dispells the theory: "You can't gain muscle mass and do a lot of cardio," which is real popular around here. Michael Jordan was a physical god who had excellent muscle definition and incredible endurance simultaneously.
Edit: *Wow it looks like my reputation has turned red...I guess straying from the archaic path will do that. Ah well, I'm fu.cking done with this place...
Good luck man.
