now 160
the first one is from a few weeks back. Sorry about the pic quality (cell phone) I dont know if you can see any change it's only a few lbs. |

you guessed it, my legs (thighs especially) are pretty skinny. I am doing a full body routine so hopefully nothing should be left behind. |

| | | just some updates for all who care, I'm up to 166 lbs. The bulking is going slow and steady but its mostly muscle so I'm pleased.

But if you don't think you're going to post in it I advise against it. Cause there are so many threads in there that do that. It's ****ing annoying |
