| I was 5'7" 205 26% BF (at 16)and benched 95lbs (August 2005), now thanks to wrestling, weight training 4 times a week (after wrestling season) spring football, and up until now weight lifting more with some light cardio, im at 5'8" weigh 158lbs, bench 205 3 times and BF is i dunno im gussing 13% i can see the top 4 abs. Pretty much im trying to say is the goin is tough but trust me you will see results, try getting involved in sports because working out is less of a hassle when you enjoy it and when your motivated by coaches and teamates and/or friends. Lift for now and do sports, you would be surprised how much fat is burned lifting weights so go in cycles, bulk, cut, bulk, cut in that order.
