Keep at it. Read those links, find a REAL PRORGAM. I cannot stress the importance of the proper lifting program to go with diet!

Chances of you gave gynecomastia are pretty low I tihnk (though I'm not qualified in the slightest to give my opinion on that) you're just paranoid.

Suck it up and stick it out through the program

Remember, follow your diet, have a good deficit. and do a good program that is ON THE PAGE I LINKED YOU.

good luck buddy, but then, luck has nothing to do with it.
Yup I have no choice but to do that. I really hope its just my being overweight.

At the risk of sounding obsessive/pushy I will ask. Please tell me you've chosen a weight loss program? maybe Waterbury's 10x3?

I'm telling you the thing you are doing currently is far less effective than any fatloss programs in the link I provided to you. I want you to succeed, and I honestly feel that continuing the weight routine that you chose will be ineffective in comparison to sometihng like WAterbury's 10x3 for fat loss.

No, I haven't picked any of them and I was sticking to my weight routine I posted. I read the whole Waterbury's 10x3 program, and I was kind of skeptical. You do 10 minutes of rope jumping for one day and that's it? I've never done it before but I'm sure I could do more than that. Also, I wasn't sure what he meant for example on day 1, he would have "Deadlifts, Chin-ups or Pulldowns, Barbell Front or Hack Squats, Dips or Decline Bench Press", so all together 4 weight exercises right? I'm going to do this simply because its easy to keep track of, and you stick with it for 4 weeks, so I'm sure I can keep that up. I'm looking up a diet plan that I would be able to have along with this workout. I'm starting this tomorrow and I will see how it goes.

yes, 10 minutes, that's it.

Have you read the "Hierarchy of Fat Loss" by Alwyn Cosgrove?

I promise you, something chad waterbury came up with has more effect than something you came up with. Not that you can't form coherent thoughts or something like that, which you obviously can, however, Chat Waterbury is a known professional, and many can attest to the quality of his programs.

Trust me. 10x3, 4 exercises, twice a week. Follow his progression, make sure you have a deficit. The weight will come off. I've been right before haven't I?

I agree with going with that program. Or, if you insist on making your own, keep it simple and heavy. Nothing wrong with a simple deadlift, press, and row workout, doing 5x5 or something. You should really be busting your ass, lifting heavy as ****. That will melt the fat off like crazy, if you are eating properly.

And yeah, I had tits once too...20 bucks says it's not gyno-whatever, just a need to lose fat. That's what it was for me.

yeah. again, if you do choose to make your own program, probably just take that simple one i already posted for you. honestly though, there should really not be isolation (i.e. curls) ina fat loss program.

Just want to update. Progress pics are soon to be added in 3 days I've been on track this whole time so I'm really happy where I'm at. I'm not SEEING a lot of results, but I definitely FEEL results.
One thing I'm happy about that tells me somethings working is that my pants are really loose. I want a 32-34" waist, so if my 38" waist pants slip off, that means I'm getting closer to my goal I have been eating clean and going to the gym at least 5 times a week, so I'm definitely on track. I'm not focusing much on weight, but rather body fat%, which brings me to my question: how accurate is the Omron HBF-306C Electronic Bodyfat Analyzer? I would post a link to it but now sure if its allowed, just copy n' paste that into Google. Is anyone here using that? That's how I measured my 28% body fat in the beginning.

OK, WOW, if I want to challenge someone, I should at least stick to what I said...Apparently The midway was June 14, and I was waiting for July 14? Why? I don't know...Haha, anyway, sorry to the people looking forward to our progress pics. And yes, pics will be up in 3 days! Sorry guys...

IT probably isn't accurate, but it will be precise. If it has you at 28% before, and you indeed did lose fat then that # would drop

Progress!

Here it is, Midway! So it turns out JULY 14th was the midway, NOT June 14th. Its all good. Anyway, once again, I want to say I am not SEEING many results, but I FEEL great. Also, my waist is getting smaller, considering half the pants I wear fall off. I can not yet post my stats, because I can only weigh myself with the scale at the gym, and I am not going until tomorrow morning. My bodyfat % can't be calculated without my weight either...So until then, here are my pics!

Down 4 pounds. Not much for a month, but for no more than I've been doing, I'm pretty content with it. Canon has my camera so no pics. However, you really can't see a change.

I'm still having a tough time working out at home. I just don't like the environment.

My son starts football this Thursday. That has always been a great time for me to exercise for part of his practice. So, things are looking up.

Great job AIM. You have been consistent and its obvious it's paying off. If your clothes are getting loose then you are on the right track. You may just be one of the lucky ones who can lose weight while putting on muscle. Keep up the good work. The old man should be up there with you by next month.

Thanks GT Keep it up! OK, I'm back from the gym this morning, I weighed myself and used the fat monitor. I'm down 4 lbs. Definitely seems like I'm doing something right. Now I have one problem, my fat loss monitor reads 15% bodyfat? I wanted the number to go down, but that drastically, is that possible in just 4 weeks? I personally think I'm still in the mid 20's judging from the way I look...Shouldn't the number be precise like Phate said?

July 14(midway)
Height: 5'11
Weight: 208 lbs.
Body fat % ~ 25%

EDIT: I used the monitor an hour later and it showed 24-25% body fat. That's more like it, 3% down!

Updates?! You want updates? Fine! I lost another pound My bodyfat scanner reads 24%, so I'm definitely losing fat. I've been sticking to my workouts, my diet is still mostly clean. I won't lie, I recently had popsicles and brownies at a party (in moderation). GT, I'm yet to try out your workout just because I usually only get to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, so I still just do full body almost every other day (using all the weight exercises mentioned). Also, I'm going on vacation the 28th, so I won't be here for at least a whole week. So there's my update, your turn GT
