I'm 19 years old, 165cm tall (5'5), and weigh 55 kg (123 pounds)....and yes I have this unsightly area under my butt which I have discovered is called a 'banana roll' - a pocket of fat directly below the buttocks.
I am also starting to get more cellulite : (
As you all can probably notice I could do with a bit of toning up, as I am pretty slack with exercise!
I just really want to improve my glutes, but I don't know where to start!
Any advice would be GREAT!
