| | | Keep bulking or cut? I have been lifting for 2 months now and am starting to notice my body fat increasing especially on my lower stomach. Anyway, should I maintain bulking or should I start cutting? I'm just under 5'7", probably 140lbs. If I should keep bulking, how will I know when I should start cutting?
Thanks!

| | | Bulk. You need more muscle mass to work with, then you will be primed to cut. Hit those weights HARD. |

| | | if your body fat is increasing your probaly eating too much junk and not enough healthy food. Keep bulking, and eat clean. |

| | | The longer you bulk the better you are off because the body starts to add muscle on a regular basis and protein synthesis just keeps increasing slowly over time allowing you to add more and more mass as you keep bulking. I think a good 10-15 pounds of muscle would do great for you. |

| | First off, I have no need to explain any of my actions to you.
Damn, Whats with all the hostility? Most "N00bs" to this site don't notice the little time stamp up there. They will go posting stuff in threads years old and wondering why they aren't getting a reply back to what they said.
I was simply letting you know you will not likely get a response back from the OP. Especially since he hasn't logged on since june26th.
You have done nothing but show your immaturity and aggression, for no real reason at that.
Chill out. http://training.fitness.com/wellness...len-25737.html

But understand, I meant nothing bad by anything said. You had the tantrum. Chill out, don't be so defensive.
I see not the harm in mentioning the fact that this thread is over a months old and the poster hasn't logged on in quite some time. Theres nothing "SmartA$$" about it.
