In the Games, there is always a cage around the thrower because it's not uncommon for hammers to go flying when the torque start goin'. Seeing a cage get smashed by a flying hammer is truly an awesome sight.

I'd love to have a go at hammer, I did jav and shot when i was in school and came 1st in an inter-schools comp.
