in short ,i lost 30kg so i tried to be in a good shape
my body is quite good i`m 19years old (72kg-178cm)
but i still have a little problem
the problem is that i have an extra fats on my cheast
which i wanna get rid of it but i dont know how
i`m doing push ups now and then cuz i`m kinda busy these days
so if any body have a good advice i would appreciate it
being in a good shape would help me alot with my work

Unfortunately, you cannot remove fat from specific areas of your body. Just keep doing whatever you did to lose those 30kg, and it should go away. Your picture is a little fuzzy but you look great, and I really can't see the fat you are talking about. 30kg is quite an achievement!

Actually, I think that electric gizmo is quackery. Just keep doing what you did to drop the 30 kg, and it will come off. Diet is the key. You've already made great progress, so just keep it up.
