Newbie Here

Hi everyone. I'm currently 18 years old and use to weight 220-225lbs and now I weight 180lbs. I lost weight by getting on our treadmill and cutting out pop and junk snack food.

Here are my goals:
Loose fat, get rid of my "man boobs", and gain a lot of muscle I wanna look pretty buff but not like a bodybuilder.

I need help with a diet plan, I'm not a fruit and salad person. Any supplements I should take? I just started taking GNC mega men sport vitamins. I joined a local gym and have started lifting weights, I kinda enjoy it. Thank you

Welcome to the forum, Here you will find ooooodles of information and supportive people to help you meet your goals.

The best thing to do first is to read the stickies at the top of the forums and then write down any questions that come out and post them up and we can help out

Have fun reading the stickies. Trust me you say you kind of enjoy it now, give it a couple of mates and you will LOVE it!

Just lift heavy and eat heavy Read the Stickies aswell yes

40# weight loss is very impressive and shows you can do more. Do what the others said and you will accomplish your goals.

Welcome to the forum, my friend. We will try to assist you all we can as you "earn" your goal you seek.

This begins with educating yourself, and then putting what you learn together, and then watching, looking, and adapting to your "personal" feedback from your body. Dont ever forget this.

You may want to consider creating a journal. This way you can ask additional questions, post your diet and training, keep a log of thoughts, etc.

okay i'm confused I don't know where to start. I don't know if I should cut or try to gain muscle. Any suggestions?
