I have been on a somewhat 16 week program to gain muscle and ultimately, reveal my six pack abs.....So the first pictures


are before i had started my workout program........ these pics

are sort of my halfway point (all though i could take a more recent pic) of 8 weeks through ......anyway i would like to know if u have any questions or comments about my progress and what you think (if anything) i should do, to maximize my results.

i'm 14 years old soon to be 15; i weigh 140 pounds; about 5'10; i have a body fat percentage of 8-11%; resistant training 4 times a week (including abdominal workout); cardio (running, jogging, physical activites, etc) 3 times a week
