Progress so far and advice wanted
Pictures attached are me today and the only picture I can find of me from around when I weighed my most, which was around three years ago. In the before pic I was around 280 and the most I was ever weighed in at was 296. In the other three, I am around 215.
I jog 2.3 miles currently twice a week, and am working on increasing the distance. I also work a labor intensive job over the weekend. I lift weights during the week, usually at least three times.
My diet is always around 1000-1500 calories, but form reading this site lately, it seems I should increase that. I also don't drink pop or have any sweets or snacks anymore, which was the hardest part for me at the beginning of this.
Sorry for the flabby and my need for a tan at least. Any advice is welcome.

Great work with the weight loss, and I agree, you should be eating more really, you still need to get in a healthy amount of food to keep your body functioning.
Good luck on the rest of your journey. How much more do you want to lose?

Great progress mate!
Hmm, well, I am the sort of person that doesn't really agree with the whole calorie intake. It's a good indicator, but to me its about eating right, not eating specifics to get a narrow calorie intake.
I take it your eating your carbs at lunch and cutting them out further toward the end of the day? If so, great! if not, try and work on it, you don't want to be consuming them when your inactive.
Do you have access to a heart rate monitor?

My first goal was to get under 200 lbs, but now I am going to go for 185 and then try to put on some muscle.
I eat a lot healthier than I used to. I was eating fast food almost every day. Now I eat pretty healthy. Usually some turkey breast and water in the morning and some other protein during the day. I jog and workout after class around 3-5 in the afternoon. I do usually eat more in the evening than the morning. I guess I should turn that around. Only food I don't prepare myself is a subway sandwich saturdays and sundays at lunch.
I don't have a heart rate monitor.

try a glass of milk in the morning instead of water, and during the day sip on water

Wow... you lost 80 lbs and now only at 215 lbs... wow... that is about 35% of your total bodyweight; amazing. Keep up the good work, dedication, and maintain the willpower to sustain it.

Another little update on my progress.
I'm still losing poundage and staying eating healthy. As suggested I am eating a little more, around 1800-2000 calories daily. Not every day though, for a while now I never feel hungry so some days I actually forget to eat and go the whole day on like 400 calories from breakfast. I try to eat several small meals a day, but with my schedule it is hard. I always eat breakfast now, usually grape nuts cereal with some protein (eggs or turkey breast).
I am also feeling a lot more energetic. I jog 3 miles on average now three times a week. My last jog of the week before I take a two day break, I can only run about 2.5 miles cause my legs start to weaken. I try to work out when possible, but I'm not sure if I should lift lots of reps with lower weight or a few reps with heavier weight?
Also, the biggest difference I've noticed since I started is my clothing sizes. Before, I was barely fitting into size 46 jeans with a XXL shirt. Now I am wearing 38 jeans with regular large shirts or XL.

Some more pictures to track my progress.
Also, a pic of my face back then and now. I love the difference between the two.

F**k me, your a good inspiration to people who need to lose weight. That's a massive difference!
Just shows diet/hardwork pays off. Rather than all the f**king bypass surgery lazy c**nts are having today.
