| | | Should I cut?? Guys this is such a great site. I have been lurking for about 9 months now and have started to want to post. I was wondering if you think I should cut now? I have been lifting since Feburary 07...I think it time to cut. Im 6'3 215lbs. |

If you want to be bigger yet leaner than I would suggest to do a nice slow clean bulk then cut. |

| | | Yes, you have some lean mass on you now but IMO you are lean enough to start a nice clean bulk to put on some more lean mass. There is really no reason to cut at this point unless you plan on competing or something along those lines. Don't get me wrong, I've cut when i was at your size just to satisfy my own wants however if I knew back then what I know now, and my goal was to be bigger, I would have def packed on more muscle before I cut.
Trust me, it makes all that hard work show off even more at the end of a cut, when you have a ton of muscle on you.
At least that is what I would do, if I were you, and my goal was to be bigger. |

| | | Ok LV, I totally trust you. I will continue to bulk up. Just a side note, since august 15th I gained about 10lbs, would that be considered a 'slow' bulk(too slow?!?)? Or should I try to add more mass quicker? |
