Tensed or relaxed?

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum but find it really informative and supportive. I just want to know, when taking the progress pics should you tense or not?!! Strange question I know, but I can't really tell the difference unless I tense, although I haven't taken any photos of me tensed up, so maybe it is all in my mind!!!

It depends on how you want to measure progress. I would take both personally.

I think I'll try both then. I don't really like tense as it is not how I would be seen on the beach!! But I suppose it may motivate me a bit and show myself this regime is actually working! Thanks guys.
