That is superhuman. So much for "the human body can only build .5 pounds of muscle per week under the most optimal of conditions"

I'm just curious.. how tall are you and how old?

6'2" or 6.2ft?

Your gains are good, but keep at it. Anywhere over 6' you're gonna need to be over 200lbs to be a real competitor.

Lol, I remember a time when you thought you couldn't gain a single pound! Well done buddy, good to see you stuck with lifting while you were away from us.

You're a great example to people on here; no offence intended but you knew so little when you first came to this site but you kept asking questions and persisting with your training until you got it right.

Thanks SmithMachine, do you do any cardio at all? how about swimming? Does swimming affect the workout we do if done on the off day? Also how many reps and sets do you do each set of workout? Do you keep on adding weights?

Sorry for the nuisance. And thanks again.

I am guessing your super skinny and tall like me so i suggest one cardio day 20-30 mins of semi intense cardio just to keep you from getting puffed lifting the weights and a short 10 min normal pace walk after the weight days. And swimming is good swim as much as you like for sets its 1 warm up 20 reps real light and easy then 15 to failure 12 to failure and 8 to failure...as heavy as you freaking can and if you cant get it to failure weight 3 seconds and try again.... i do this on everything. I also + weight as i move forward. I hope this helps but i am no pro like the others on here
