| | | What do you think. Ok my first picture where i am pasty white was after about 3 months of working out so i was even skinnyer...i thought i was good looking in that to compared to what i was when i started  but the other two are the latest  just comparing them really makes me proud

I would probably eat even more, I think you can afford it. It will probably make you gain a bit more muscle, maybe some more fat but it won't be significant since you haven't gained much of it so far. |

| | thanks  no secret i just do what everyone els does....eat 6-7 times a day never go hungry all good food none junk and have 4 protien shakes a day do this and lift heavy till you cant lift no more and good sleep and you make gains |
