Exclamation Advice needed for a noob

I have decided to step my training up. here are my stats:

20 yrs old
female
5'3"
130 lbs
body fat is around 23 or 24

I do physical training 3 times a week 1/2 hr cardio 1/3 strength training on machines

We also alternate playing ultimate frisby in which we incorporate pushups everytime someone scores or gets taged with the frisby ( which is a couple hundred pushups each game)

I have started doing a pilates on the days i dont do pt.

I dont have a diets set up right now, so heres the advice i am seeking:

What kind of foods should i be eating to benefit from my workouts, and what can i do to slim down?

I really need help toning my ass and upper leg, and i have a small poch below my belly button that i cant get rid of!

PLEASE HELP!?!?!

It all depends on how dedicated you are and what your pt includes. You'll have to be more specific to get advice.

we do 30-40 minutes either indoors ( i usually do the elliptical) or run outdoors on the track. We also do 15-20 minutes of stretching. Once a week we do last man up on the track. After we run i go in and do machine i dont know the names for them ... i usually try to at least 15 reps each machine at least 2 or three times. I work abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, calfs, glutes, arms, shoulders and back. What i really need is help with targeting the flab on my stomach and the cellulite starting to accumulate in my ass and back of my thighs. I havent ever done any kind of diet i need some kind of direction with that too. I included some pictures of the problem area.

you seem dedicated and i know ultimate frisbee is hard, so you're going to want to consume some complex carbs, such as oatmeal before your workouts for the energy. You might also want to eat this in the morning also. My next advice is pretty obvious just watch your fat and carb intake, that goes for starchy carbs like potatoes and rice as they are full of sneaky carbs.
