Getting into shape can be expensive

Right now i want to get back into shape and start a Muscle Gaining program, but seems
like it can get very expensive. I have a tight budget right now, and don't have the funds
to go all out and purchase the equipment, supplement, hire a personal trainer or nutritionist,
so where should i invest my money to get the best results?

1. Nutrition
2. Supplements
3. Fitness Training
4. Others

Please anyone advise, Thank You

Invest in number 1 (Diet (calories), and Nutrition), and number 3 (Gym, or home gyme training), applicable to your situation. These two are the most important in the list.

sorry, but i differ on this one.

When i was eating out, doing things for convienence and flying by the seat of my pants, it cost me alot more.

tell us your goals fitness wise, and we can overcome the equipment.
eating clean costs less
you don't ned supplements until you are maximizing your whole foods
you have more than enough information already to sweat!

nice list of excuses but -NO GO WITH ME!
