Hi there, just joined your forum and pleased to be here. I am looking for some advice on HRM's and an advanced circuit type training program as i'm training for London's fittest firefighter, and need to ensure i'm training SMART! Any advice would be fantastic, but i'd like to post to the right place. Can you advise.

As i said - great to be here. keep at it - whatever you're into!
