I am 19 years old attending college ... and about ohh 6 to 7 months ago i started working out. I did this mainly because I found out i have a very bad back and that it wasn't gonna get any better. I started being unhappy where i was at with my small arms and imbaressing body shape. So i started out. 5'9'' about 142 or so. I benched about 145 max. Before christmas break i got up 185 one full rep and on my second i need a lil bit of help bout half way oh and i now weigh 149. i didn't work out over the break , so i lost some of my strenth but i am now sore like i had just started working out. i never thought id actually get stronger (ive always been a lil guy) i am by no means a big guy but i am getting stronger which makes me so happy that i finally got my but in the gym. anyway so that is a lil info on me and where im coming from. hello everyone thats reading this and hope you all are doing GREAT !
