It's only an introduction, yet. I hope I can stay around for a while or perhaps find a more suitable place to post, if this is not it.
So, I'm a single female from Germany, 32yrs, 183cm, slim, zero-trained.
I'm pretty non-sporty (no sports or fitness club member), but I do go walking at fresh air every day. I'm told and convinced that sports and regular training do support body health substantially.
I believe that many of the posts in this forum are about personal advice, which I can't figure out at present, since any training requires discipline, which I don't have.
I have joined the forum to connect with people who share an interest in keeping a fit body, talking about where to start, which habits to change, etc., body&mind methods included. But I won't be going to fitness extremes.
I have a particular liking for bodybuilding and weight training (both entirely non-professional), because I enjoy the body image that results from muscle build-up. And last but not least I would love to connect with any other Single (European or elsewhere) to talk about how and why you started to build your body.
