Hello, I'm new
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I thought I'd come introduce myself... My name is Andy (obviously, right?). Anyway, I'm here to hopefully learn some things about fitness that I don't know, and hopefully teach people about stuff I do know!!

I'm glad to join the community and hope to see you all soon
