Hey! As the title says, I'm from Portugal and I'm 16 years old. I am 1.74m and 78kg (some fat some muscle) and am willing to become quite stronger and less fat.
I've joined the forum to learn more about fitness as I fell that, although, I am not bad of health, I could be much better if I became a little fitter.

I hope to stick around here a long while.

Well, I want to first lose some weight and get some muscle and abs by doing some weight free (as I don't have any and can't afford any) training, a lot of jogging and eating food that has less calories and gives more muscle.

Can you pinpoint me to where I may put in some questions on creating a training regime?
