Hi

hello, my name is Nasseny, and I have joined because I'm truly trying to do the right thing with my body and mind. I want to lose weight and gain muscle. I have a six pac in mind.
I now weigh 150 lbs, lost 10 lbs and I want to be lower maybe 110 but from there I want to gain weight with muscle.
I can tell joining will be a lot of fun.

Can anyone tell me if this is true. Someone posted a comment on a site, which asked, "How can I get Abs" and they said that within 2 weeks you could get a 4 pac all you have to do is 200 crunches a day. Is that possible?

NO NO NO NO NO. Allow me to give you a few facts.

There is not such thing as spot reduction. You could do 1000 crunches a day and never get a six pak because there is still a layer of fat covering them.

To get a six pack you need to first build up lean muscle mass then cut the fat right off it by creating a energy deficit.

Abs are made in the kitchen.

The best way to get to a goal of a six pack is to have the right mixture of diet, resistance training and cardio.

Have a good read around all of the stickies on here and then if there are any more questions post em up

Welcome to the forum. NBS-4Life seemed to answer your question on the crunches extremely well. On which forum and what thread did they specify in can be done in two weeks?. I would like to view this. (PM me if you wish)
