Hi, Fitness Forum!!..

Hi, im 21 years old..

Height 5 foot 6 & weigh at 9 stone 4 pounds.

I have just kicked teh habit of smoking been a non smoker for nearly 3 weeks now - Great!!

Now i'm kicking my body in shape, 3 years ago i was fine. i had a very active job training dogs & was always runnign aroudn etc etc . now im in pet retail & there is alot less runnign around.

at the moment i am running the streets & fast walking every other day after work roughly for about an hour. I'm trying to eat healthy, in teh mornings im having 2 slices of toast with a fruit soomthie, Dinner smoothie, light yogurt & today a micro burger, im not actually sure what would be good for dinner. about an hour after running at night im have a cheese salad, I have been doin this for roughly 3 days now. I think im doing well. Am i? or am i doin in totally wrong.

lookign for abit of advice. I always ordered myself a tredmill which is arriving monday & im drinkin slim milkshakes the ones with loads of vit etc etc in. Rigth or wrong?

look forward to replies thanks

Congrats on quitting smoking! Great job!

We can get the diet TIP TOP...........no worry, brotha.

What are your personal goals, specifically?

You need to set yourself up a diet and exercise plan. This begins with obtaining the tools of knowledge that will lead you on a goal path to your goals:

Go here and read on some basic and fundamental information:

Go here for some thoughts on the mental side:

(allot of pages to go through, but there IS good information that may help you if you take the time to seek it)

=========================================================

These links should get the "road started"

I am here to h"assist" you in your personal success and so are many other persons on this forum. You have come to the right place to seek help and advice.

I leave you with this though young man:

Victory always starts in the head. It's a state of mind. It then spreads with such radiance and such affirmations that destiny can do nothing but obey.

Seek knowledge, and then let your mind allow your body to apply what you have learned.

I wish you the best in all that you set out to do in life and in fitness,

ROCK ON!

Welcome, and congrats on kicking the nicotine.

Put the work in, both learning and taking action, and you'll do well.
