Hi there everyone! I just joined this site. my name is Amy. I am 37 yrs. old and live in Florida. my main goal is to lose my belly Fat. I walk just about everyday and do sit ups every so often. I am eating healthier now....more fresh fruit and veggies. I am also gonna be going to the gym 2 times a week starting next Monday. I haven't been going for awhile now. being that the gas prices are a bit high my boyfriend doesn't like to drive too far. Being that we are both disabled and on a fixed income we just can't afford the gas everyday.
so if any of you have any advice please let me know thanks.
