Hi from London

Hi Guys,

I am new here. I am 24, from London UK, work in Advertising in the city and am trying to get myself a lot fitter and healthier. I want to start playing some active sports again soon but need to get myself ready beforehand.

I am interested in my fitness, health and my Wellbeing in general. I think they are all important. Does anyone know a good place to find more information on Wellbeing in general as opposed to fitness etc...

Thanks

well Rob,
tonight I swam laps with my goggles blacked out so i could get a whole new appreciation for sight, learn acceptance, get in touch with my inner eye, and ultimately thank God for my physical abilities.

Does that count?
FF

p.s. you will get alot more out of this place if you follow one simple lil itty bitty rule-
sweat daily!

Pm me........I can help you with the well-being side of the equation (and give many links, books, and other information.) This side is severely misunderstood in the power it possesss in our goal.

Im all about lifting and making persons on this forum feel good, this is my purpose.......and my undying quest. I WILL help others try to reach their goals........I personally KNOW this journey.............Check out the ChillOut log may be some info there.

If you like post a request of any topic (ChillOut Log).......and I will personally address it imparting my own feelings and find some info for the brotha!

ROCK IT!
