Hi everybody. New member here. Basically came looking to get some feedback on my workout regimen. I used to work out quite a bit in high school but now I see that I did a lot wrong. I got strong mainly because I was a growing teenager but if I knew then what I have been learning now. The internet rocks. Anyways, 20 years later I am getting back into it. Is it kosher here to post my workout regimen to get feedback or should I be on here for a while before I do that?
