Hey everyone! A bit of an intro in my life -
when in highschool, I was about 175-185 (6'2"). After a year or 2 of marriage, by 23 I got up to 278 lbs. I lost weight with just dieting and some exercising (running & situps) and got down to 213. As of last week, I was 236 and am down to 230 currently. I got hooked on low carb monster energy drinks, drank 3 a day and just quit this week. I crashed HARD. I ended up going to GNC to get some redline + mega men multi vitamin and have been eating about 6 meals a day + exercizing. Oh, and I just got whey protein shakes for breakfast and post workout.
My question is - well ... how do I get a good body? I am VERY soft right now currently, and would like to get a hard body. What are your suggestions?
