| |  I Need Help Guys!
Hi there!Merry Christmas!I'm a newbie here, Filipino and 18 years old.
I have this problem on my legs that I try to avoid movements that might get it very visible.  My legs are, you know, fatty and flappy. I know these are fats stored in there. So what advice can you guys give me to remedy my physical problem? What exercise could be the solution to make my legs look more lean and fit?
