leg lift

I'm looking for some ways of building my pecs, before i start the painful job of uncovering them.

I'm doing 3 x 20 sets of crunches every other day.

I've heard of leg lifts, but what are they and how do I do them.

thanks all

If it's going to be painful to uncover them, then I'm going to assume you have some fat around those abs. Doing crunches/leg lifts is good at building your ABS, but unfortunately they are going to build under a layer of fat. What would be best for you, would be to do cardio and diet. Cardio and diet are going to work much better for your abs right now then ab exercises. Why? Because everyone has a 6 pack, it's just hidden under fat. If you combine a low fat, low calorie diet, with cardio, and ab exercises, then and possibly only then will you really see the results you want.

Thanks

Hi all.

Thanks for all the abs advice, but nobody seems to want to answer my original question.

What are leg lifts. How do I do??????

I know about the diet. Just wanna build them up for now. Will give me more motivation to uncover them once they get bigger.

Leg lifts can be seen at the link below. It's the second one down.
