You may want to consider creating a journal. This way you can ask additional questions, post your diet and training, post progress pics, and keep a log of thoughts, etc.
A lot of persons view these logs, and it could assist you, possibly, in allot of ways!

FS, I'm not sure there's much more I could be doing--I am getting awesome advice from folks here at the site, have a trainer I admire and respect, and have lost 55 lbs since October/November of 2007--I am happy with the results. Unfortunately, since I was 270 when I got started, I still have a long way to go! I have full faith that I will look awesome when I'm done (actually, I look awesome now compared to 6 months ago!). I will never have a nice stomach like you because of pregnancy/fat stretch marks that will never go away. I will, however, look awesome in a tank top!
FF has a style all his own--he's awesome! He's still a little wound up from his Ironman this weekend...
