New and ready to get started!

Hello there! Im Amanda. I am 17 and I graduate really soon!

I want to get fit and change my eating habits for the better. I dont eat too horribly as it is. I cut back a lot but I have a habit of eating even when i am not hungry. I dont really workout a lot but I want that to change and I want to look leaner and get some muscle mass going on (cause i probably dont have much).

I have been doing crunches, leg lifts, calve raises and such with weights but I dont know if thats doing anything.

I am 5'8" and i weigh about 134. I think my body fat percentage is 21% and I really want that to be lower (regardless of how much I weigh).
Ill take any advice I can get!!

Nice to have you with us Amanda - welcome !

There is a weight loss forum ( within this forum ) that may generate some of the advice you're looking for - posting a thread in that forum as well may not be a bad idea.
