New to you : )

Hi, I'm Mandi : ) I'm 24yrs, 5'3" and 115lbs. I live and love california mainly because of the beaches I can run on and the mountains I can hike in. I love being fit and constantly achieving goals I set...no matter how small. I have a good foundation to work with, now it's time for some fine-tuning. I look forward to getting motivating advice from everyone who's willing to give it : ) Talk to you later : )

From the sounds of it, you're already motivated lol. You might want to post a diary in the women's health section if you want to have a place to track your progress (and have others track it and give advice too). Welcome to the forums.
