    The older you get....

    the harder it is to loss weight! I am starting to feel like this is true! I have tried everything: personalized running program to P90X to Pole dancing! I joined this forum in hopes that some personal trainers or experienced people could help me or at least be motivated by others!

    this is so true, but I think you provide your own motivation for instance do you have an outfit you would one like to get back or fit into? What about dressing up for a date? Seeing an old flame perhaps? There are so many motivational factors out there, but they must originate from you.
