Hi
I'm Slates from good old South Africa. Nice and warm, right time to loose some weight and gain some fitness. I have a tuckshop and tavern and are on my feet most of the day. My feet hurt like hell in the evenings. After closing time at 8pm, I still have to do chores, cook dinner etc. No children, thank heavens. Desperate to loose weight so that my water retention and high bloodpressure can improve, not to speak of my poor feet! |
