Hello all! I have been reading this forum extensively for a few weeks now and have found it answers virtually any questions I have. Excellent! I thought I take time to introduce myself. I am female, mid-forty and have been working hard with a personal trainor since February. My workouts are to the max of my ability to lift, because man I love that, and of course, I'd like to lose weight, and be at my best. I have dropped around 18 pounds(5 feet 8, started at 179 pounds, bf now 27% from 34%). I have started using creatine and cannot believe how much capacity it gives me during my workouts, as compared to when I wasn't on it. Absolutely unbelievable. I try to eat as well as possible, and generally succeed, although it still is a challenge. I am looking forward to learning from all the great posts here!
