hello,
i am a 28 year old male. i am 5'10" and i weigh 260 lbs right now. i want to change the way i look. i want to lose weight and i would love to weight 200 lbs and be cut. i am working out at the gym but i need help with the nutrition side or diet. i grew up on a lot of processed foods and i have broaden my food likes since i have been married but i still have trouble finding a diet that i can eat foods that i like and that are good for me to. it is also hard to go on a diet where my wife eats one meal and i have a different one. if there is anyone out there that has some advice for me i am willing to listen. i dont want to just lose the weight but i want to eat better forever. i know that my goal of 200 lbs will take some time and i am willing to put in the time i just lack the knowledge and need some help.
