I have good news and bad news....., well sort of,

, its not the rice that put on the weight: That's the good news.
The bad news, is that I put high odds that your energy intake (calorie consumption) exceeded your body's energy expenditure: Basically you ate more calories than your body needed, and put on some weight as a result.
This can be fixed. And, one I am willing to work with you on to figure out.
And, if you like rice, you can have this too (with what know about you currently, that is). But we must add in good protein, fat, and veggie sources in your diet as well.
What do you have to train with?
Access to a gym?
And, no matter what you look like, you are not pathetic. Do not post something like that...again....or I pummel you with Rock-On's until your eyeballs pop out, and bap-ya-up-side the cheek bones causing major bruising causing you to believe.
