Nothing wrong with Natty PB. What is your Protein and carbs like?

I am absolutely a Natty Peanut Butter Lover........A major weakness, but its one that fits good, lol, and I can control it very well.

Deskilla is the peanut butter Killa gorrilla! ROCK ON!!!!!!!!

Your first post would have been better if you took 20 seconds to add these two sentences so that we could have avoided the assumptions.

However, to the OP, if it fits in your plan and you're seeing results, stick with it. Too many people cut out fat IMO.

I love natural peanut butter!! Like Chillen & Protein Boy, I could very easily eat too much of this stuff and have to be very strict with myself! I have one spoonful a day and thats it. It is always in the evening and I look at it as my treat for being disciplined throughout the day (it also fits into my macros quite nicely!)

One is all I can handle without over-indulging but, if 5tbl spoons fits your diet and works, simply sit back and enjoy

Chris, where do you get most of your fats from and what's your ratio?

I agree, you need a decent level of fat intake for healthy testosterone production

I've been reading 30% for healthy testosterone production, and that's what I've been shooting for and get it mostly from nuts, as well as olive oil, fish oil, seeds. I'm eating at least 5 tblspns of nuts/nut butter and have been for almost a year.
