thats objective. for me, thats not a lot IMO. only 2.5 servings...

but it depends on the total amount of fat you have in your diet aside the peanutbutter.

macros are important

but if it really does fit "perfectly" into your diet(macros, cals, variety), then why wouldn't it be ok?

2 tbls= about 200c (approximately -/+ 10 or so)

Therefore 4=400c and 5 about 500 in calories. (about 40g of good fats)

Nothing wrong with Natty PB. What is your Protein and carbs like?

I am absolutely a Natty Peanut Butter Lover........A major weakness, but its one that fits good, lol, and I can control it very well.

Deskilla is the peanut butter Killa gorrilla! ROCK ON!!!!!!!!

I eat about that much.

It's funny this came up because tonight my wife made a big batch for the first time. We always bought it before. We got some unsalted, raw peanuts, removed the skins, roasted them in the oven and put them in the food processor. Worked great...and the nutritional info is better than the stuff I was buying (less sat fat). I guess there is some variance in peanuts

Only healthy fat if your eating natural peanut butter, all that skippy peanut butter is loaded with hydrogenated oils.

Just because most people eat skippy peanut butter, or some other commercial one. Which is loaded with bad oils, and just bad stuff.

Sure, it has good fats. but 16g of fat, even healthy fat, sounds too much for me in one serving.

Nope, dont agree. One serving of NPB is 16g of approximated fat, this IS healthy. (two table spoons is one serving)

I truly believe that if you had not added the peanut butter and whol wheat pita to my diet daily Chillen, i would have dried up and blown away by now.

also, I allow myself a square of dark chocolate each day, and I put a big pile of the Natural PB on it too.

I'd imagine i consume at least 5 table spoons per day and my results, appearance and performance, show it is effective.

just look at my eye!!! hahahahahaa I will change thtat thing it is a riot... hahaha Deschain yer nuts
