| | | maybe a bit of acid reflux
or stomach ulcer? are you taking any NSAIDS or anything.
I think 70% of poeple have the bacteria h. plyori and 20% of those a symptomatic. What they would do if that was the probalem is put you on antibacteria to get rid of the bug and anti proton pumps to stop the acid so the ulcer can heal. |

| | | Yeah, the most common form is the H. pylori acid that eats at the mucus lining in your stomach, and thus your stomach acid erodes your stomach lining.
There are quite a few easy OTC fixes for it. Ask a doctor, you can get that taken care of easily. |

| | | ^ agreed.
For the most part you can stop these kinds of digestive issues from giving your stomach a break if you will. Take a little medicine for a bit, remember to cycle your foods (eating the same thing over and over again if you have a sensitive system can lead to problems) and pick up meal frequency so that your body has less to digest at a time.
Throwing in things like that and then some medicine or even some enzymes or probiotics can make you as good as new. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
