Baked Beans

What is the general consensus on Baked Beans?

i know they are higher in sodium and sugars, but i have very little of either elsewhere in my diet. 20g protein/66g carbs/1.6g fat per tin.

i know that 'real' beans would be better but as a speedy convenience what do we think?

have a good day.

in moderation and within your dietary needs, they'd be ok. skip the ones with hunks of pork fat in them though...
