Big Breakfast for Bulking

Does this look like a good, nutritional breakfast for someone looking to bulk up?

1 Cup Oatmeal – 360cal
1 Banana – 100cal
2 Eggs – 150cal
500ml Milk – 200cal
1 scoop Whey – 80cal

Total Fat = 23g
Total Carbs = 110g
Total Protein = 62g
Total Calories = 890

It's not even that much food. I could eat that no problem and be ready for another snack 2-3 hours later.

What do you guys think? Too many carbs? I'm only 145lbs right now with 9% body fat so I figure a few carbs won't kill me. Breakfast is supposed to be the biggest meal of the day, right?

You could cut out the whey in favor of some egg whites...

I like this omelette for big cals: turkey sausage, eggs + whites, spinach, onions, tomatoes.

If your bulking does it really just have to be egg whites?

Sure doesnt. But I said egg whites only because of the oatmeal and banana. I really only eat whole eggs anyways.
